ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS

Once your order is placed, orders are processed within 24 hours. Please verify your shipping address prior to shipping. Once your order has been marked "fulfilled", we can no longer cancel your order. If you feel that you've made an error, please contact us as soon as possible!

Please allow additional shipping and processing time during sales, holidays, weekends, and new releases/pre-orders. Due to demand during these times, processing may take longer than usual on all orders.

Once your order status has changed to "shipped", all customers will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

All products are hand-made and made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days processing on all orders.

Estimated Shipping Times:
- US: 2-7 Business Days
- Canada: 10-15 Business Days
- International: 10-30 Business Days

These are estimated times, actual shipping times may vary. Orders not received within 60 days are eligible for a refund.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. Prices cannot be changed or updated after the order has been submitted. Please click "apply" after entering in your discount code and check to see if the price has updated prior to continuing your checkout.

IMPORT TAXES

All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if shipment is refused upon delivery).

LOST PACKAGES

All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS/UPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact USPS/UPS to resolve any problems you might encounter. If they are unable to resolve your issue, please contact us and provide us with your name, date of order, and tracking number.
